How is the fare calculated for an outstation cab from Pune?
Outstation fares are based on a per-km rate for your chosen car (for example ₹12/km for a sedan) with a minimum billing of 250 km per day. Fuel and driver charges are included. Tolls, parking, and inter-state taxes are billed at actuals with receipts. You get the full estimate in writing before you confirm.
Are toll and parking charges included in the quoted fare?
No. Tolls, parking fees and inter-state permit taxes are extra and charged at actuals. Your driver keeps the receipts and the final bill lists each of these separately, so billing stays completely transparent.
What is the driver allowance and when does it apply?
For outstation trips involving an overnight stay, a driver allowance of ₹300 per night covers the driver's food and stay. It does not apply to same-day round trips or local rentals that end before 10 PM.
Are there night charges for early morning or late night trips?
Trips that start or run between 10 PM and 6 AM attract a nominal night driving charge of ₹250. Airport pickups and drops at odd hours are our specialty — the charge is always mentioned upfront in your quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Cancellations within 24 hours attract a small fee of ₹300 to compensate the assigned driver. No-shows after the car has arrived are billed the minimum package amount.
What is the difference between one-way and round-trip billing?
A one-way (drop only) fare is a fixed all-inclusive price for the drop. Round trips are billed on total km travelled at the per-km rate, with a 250 km per-day minimum. For same-day returns, a round trip usually works out cheaper per km.
How much luggage can I carry?
A sedan comfortably fits 2 large suitcases plus a small bag; an SUV or Innova fits 4 large bags; a Tempo Traveller has a dedicated luggage cabin. Tell us your luggage count while booking and we will recommend the right car.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, and cash. A small advance confirms the booking; the balance is payable at the end of the trip against a proper bill.
